Make a Difference Beyond One Shift Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LPN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children and their families during critical transitions to home care. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident working with high-acuity patients and skilled in trach, vent, G-tube, and emergency management. Nurses in this position play a critical role supporting families, training caregivers, and ensuring safe continuity of care in the home environment.

Required

Active Texas Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current CPR certification Ability to lift and assist pediatric patients as needed Experience with Trach care and Ventilator management High-acuity pediatric patients (preferred) Emergency response management

  • Full-time position, with guaranteed hours
  • Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and Nurse availability
  • 5 working days per week, minimum 1 weekend day
