About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join a dynamic Rehabilitation team in Timonium, MD! This is your chance to work in a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference in the lives of patients on their journey to recovery.
You’ll play a vital role in providing hands-on care, assisting with daily treatments, administering medications, and collaborating closely with RNs and therapists to deliver top-notch patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Assist with wound care, treatments, and documentation
Support patients through mobility, therapy, and recovery goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
What We’re Looking For
Active LPN license in the state of Maryland
At least 1 year of nursing experience (rehab experience preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and eager to help patients regain independence
