We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide compassionate patient care within a comprehensive cancer treatment program.
Responsibilities Include
Managing and delivering patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring outcomes Delegating tasks appropriately and serving as a team leader under physician oversight Participating in mentorship, professional development, and career growth programs Supporting quality patient outcomes through adherence to nursing standards and reporting measures
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license in the state of New York Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; completion required within 5 years if not obtained at hire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to recognize and respond to patient care emergencies
