Responsibilities include
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate resident care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
What We're Looking For
Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
