Requirements
- RN
- RN license in the state of MN
- RN (Registered Nurse) licensed in the State of Minnesota
- Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using resident record computerized systems
- Nursing policy compliance
- Managed Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Staff performance monitoring
