Requirements

  • RN
  • RN license in the state of MN
  • RN (Registered Nurse) licensed in the State of Minnesota
  • Supervisory experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using resident record computerized systems
  • Nursing policy compliance
  • Managed Registered Nurses (RNs)
  • Staff performance monitoring
