Your Role as a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, safety, and quality of life. If you’re looking for a nursing position that combines professional independence, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Your responsibilities may include
- Providing skilled nursing treatments and interventions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients’ conditions
- Educating patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, disease management, and safety
- Providing wound care and other skilled nursing services as appropriate
- Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation

Need to Have
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Afternoon availability
