About this role

Role Overview

As a full‑time *Midwife*, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care at a multispecialty clinic in *Monroe, New York*. The role includes outpatient women’s health and prenatal services, with hospital affiliations at *Phelps Memorial* and *White Plains Hospital* for coordinated continuity of care.

Schedule

  • Part Time and Full Time positions available.

Compensation

*$120,000 - $125,000 + benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and others.

Responsibilities

*

  • *Provide prenatal care* — conduct routine prenatal visits, fetal assessments, and pregnancy education.
  • *Perform gynecologic exams* — Pap smears, breast exams, STI testing, and contraceptive counseling.
  • *Manage common women’s health conditions* — menstrual disorders, perimenopause, infections, and chronic reproductive issues.
  • *Provide patient education* — pregnancy, postpartum care, contraception, breastfeeding, and wellness.
  • *Collaborate with OB/GYNs* — coordinate care for high‑risk pregnancies or complex cases.
  • *Support postpartum patients* — follow‑up visits, mood screening, lactation support, and recovery monitoring.
  • *Maintain accurate documentation* — EMR charting, care plans, and follow‑up notes.
  • *Participate in quality improvement* — contribute to clinic protocols, patient satisfaction, and workflow optimization.
