- 1 year of LPN experience required
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
- Pediatric experience required
- Prior phone triage experience highly preferred

- Provide care to pediatric and adolescent patients
- Perform telephone triage and patient follow-up
- Administer vaccines and medications
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs

- Review labs and patient histories
- Handle refills and pharmacy calls
- Collect and label specimens
- Recognize and report signs of abuse
