About this role
Jenkins Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and organized *Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor* to provide nursing oversight for clients receiving non-medical in-home care services.
This is a *PRN/flexible field-based position* that requires travel to client homes throughout our service area.

Responsibilities
*
- Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
- Conduct required RN supervisory visits
- Develop and update client care plans/task lists
- Observe and evaluate caregiver/PCA performance
- Identify and report changes in client condition or care needs
- Provide guidance and education to caregivers as needed
- Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and agency administration as appropriate
- Assist with caregiver competency evaluations and training as assigned
- Follow Jenkins Home Care policies and applicable South Carolina Medicaid/HCBS requirements

Qualifications

- Current, active and unrestricted South Carolina RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Smartphone and reliable internet/email access
- Ability to travel to client homes
Preferred Experience
- Home care or home health experience
- Medicaid/HCBS or CLTC experience
- Experience supervising Personal Care Aides (PCAs) or caregivers
- Experience conducting in-home assessments and supervisory visits
Pay: Up to $100.00 per hour
