Jenkins Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and organized Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide nursing oversight for clients receiving non-medical in-home care services.
This is a PRN/flexible field-based position that requires travel to client homes throughout our service area.

Responsibilities

Complete initial and ongoing client assessments
Conduct required RN supervisory visits
Develop and update client care plans/task lists
Observe and evaluate caregiver/PCA performance
Identify and report changes in client condition or care needs
Provide guidance and education to caregivers as needed
Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time
Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and agency administration as appropriate
Assist with caregiver competency evaluations and training as assigned
Follow Jenkins Home Care policies and applicable South Carolina Medicaid/HCBS requirements
