Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the PointClickCare EMR system.
Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.
Support residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Current and unrestricted Colorado CNA certification is required .
Minimum 4 years of experience preferred/required.
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required .
Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
Local travelers will not be considered. Candidate's permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility .
