Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the PointClickCare EMR system.
- Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards.
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Colorado CNA certification is required .
- Minimum 4 years of experience preferred/required.
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required .
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
Local travelers will not be considered. Candidate's permanent address must be at least 65 miles from the facility .
Job Type: Contract Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
