Overview

We are Looking for RN. This is a private duty nursing assignment for RN, full time , one on one care. same house , one patient full time Monday to Sunday , 8 hours shift , 40 hour per week. RN will work under the supervision of an RN Case Manager. Training orientation, shadowing is provided if applicable. Patient is 5 years old, bed ridden, Guadriplegic, Bed bath, diaper change, has G-tube, had shunt procedure done, Tracheostomy, Medication management, Cerebral Palsy, had congenital heart failure, humble family need the help of an RN within the comfort of the patient. Spanish speaking prefared.

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.

• Maintain meticulous medical documentation of patient care activities, medication administration, and diagnostic evaluations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics such as medication management, nutrition, and post-acute care instructions.

Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
