About this role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for providing competent nursing care. Responsible for coordination of the patient's plan of care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions that lead to established outcomes. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Valley Children's Hospital policies.

- Accredited nursing program (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- RN License - CA-BRN - California Board of Registered Nursing (required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA within 30 days of hire (required)
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program - AHA within 6 months of hire (required)
- Experience to correlate with Clinical Advancement Program (required)
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
