About this role
Ashton Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Available shifts are 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am with every other weekend requirement. Applicant must have unrestricted RN license.
We are currently offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for full time employees! Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse (RN) will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our residents. Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, coordinating nursing care, providing medication interventions, transcribing physician orders, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
