As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor
Oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
Maintain communication with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide a supportive and effective care environment
Supervise nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
Report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor
Participate in ongoing educational programs to maintain licensure and stay up-to-date with nursing best practices
Requirements
Must be a Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with an active license
General work experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
