The Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT is seeking an Infection Control & Education LPN or RN to join our team!

Education
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver educational programs on infection prevention and control for staff, physicians, and community partners.
Lead orientation and annual training sessions for employees on best practices in infection control and patient safety.
Stay updated on evolving regulations and guidelines from CMS, CDC, APIC, and other agencies to ensure compliance.
Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, providing ongoing education and support on infection control measures.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in infection prevention and patient care.
Weekend on-call required.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN): Must have a current RN license in the state of Vermont.
Strong knowledge of infection control standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Experience in healthcare education and staff training preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
