VitalCaring is building a team of Travel Hospice Registered Nurses who will bring their clinical expertise to Hospice teams across our organization. In this role, you'll step into markets where your experience matters most - supporting patients, strengthening local teams, and helping ensure continuity of exceptional care.

- Provide skilled nursing care to Hospice patients.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
- Manage patient caseloads and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Support recovery and independence for Home Health patients and comfort-focused, end-of-life care for Hospice patients.
- Quickly integrate into new teams, workflows, and patient populations.
- Help stabilize branch operations and promote consistent clinical practices and patient experiences across markets.
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and maintain regulatory and quality standards.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Houston area index 98.6, where 100 is the national average.
Houston is a sprawling, diverse metro where world-class medical centers anchor a booming healthcare economy. The nation's fourth-largest city offers no state income tax, year-round warmth, and a food scene as varied as its population. Bayou-side greenways and museum districts balance the urban energy for nurses seeking opportunity in a place that never stops growing.
