Mares Care Inc, a licensed Home Health Agency, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work as Independent Contractors and/or Employees on Private, Managed Care, and Medicaid cases in Broward County. Visits are as needed, and we are not a Medicare plan agency.

Visit Type Discipline Rate: AssessmentRN$70 – $100. Follow-Up Visit RN / LPN$30 – $45. Discharge RN$50 – $70
Required Documents
The following documents are required and must be current to register with us:
- Florida Driver’s License or State ID
- Social Security Card
- Employment Authorization (if applicable)
- Active Florida RN or LPN License
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Auto Insurance
- Professional Liability Insurance (required before starting any case)
- Nursing School Diploma or Certificate
- Original 4-Hour HIV Course and Update
- Current CEUs
- Medication Administration / Medication Management Training
- Alzheimer’s/Dementia Training
- HIV/OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogens/TB Updates
- Domestic Violence Update
- Prevention of Medical Errors Update
- Physical Exam and PPD or Chest X-ray
- HIPAA Training
- Hepatitis B Vaccine (or signed declination)
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Infection Control Training
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- 1 personal and 2 professional references
