Entrusted Pediatric Home Care provides nursing care for children in the comfort of their home. Our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) provide Private Duty Nursing to children up to age 21. Responsible for providing quality, comprehensive nursing care in client's home under the direction of a registered nurse. Participate in the development of the plan of care along with other Interdisciplinary team members and report to the director of nursing. Provide health education to patient and or caregiver. Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required. Completes accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
