About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated LPN to join our team full time! In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with pediatric clients in their homes or schools, providing skilled nursing care, supervision, and support that makes a real difference in a child’s life.
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on nursing care and supervision for pediatric clients at home or school.
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor health status.
Partner with families to ensure safety, comfort, and progress for each child.
Document care and communicate with the care team to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Current LPN license (state of Pennsylvania).
Pediatric or home care experience a plus (we’ll provide training if needed).
Compassion, energy, and a true love for working with kids ages 0-21
