About this role
Your job is more than a job
You were born to lead. Or maybe you’ve developed such skills through experience and training. Either way, the most critical feature of leadership is mindset. It’s what separates the best from the rest. And that starts with attitude and aptitude. As an Administrative Nurse Supervisor, your top priority is building an excellent team that delivers extraordinary care with an empathetic dose of “can-do” spirit.
You understand that because you’ve traveled the nursing road and you’ve witnessed the calling to care firsthand. You have the insight and experience to embrace, direct, support and the goals of the nursing division. You’re comfortable being the face of nursing and representing nursing administration because if not you, then who? We concur and, frankly, we love the way you think.
