Runnells Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Unit Nurse Manager. Whether you're an experienced Unit Manager or a strong charge nurse ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply. Requirements
- Current New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required
- Strong communication, assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for leading others
