The Nurse is responsible for promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for clients. Tasks include assisting with admissions, administering medications, carrying out care plans, educating clients on medication side effects, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, maintaining EHR, providing crisis management, and assuring quality of care per OASAS standards.
