Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor to join the Progressive Care (51N) team. Full-time Night Shift 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. (3-12 hour shifts). Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance for Eligible Nurses. The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Supervisor is a front-line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to quality and best practices to improve the clinical operations of the unit. The RN Unit Supervisor is not usually given a patient assignment and serves as a resource for the team.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience
BSN or Associate Degree RNs within one year of obtaining a BSN
BLS Certification required
ACLS within 90 days
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse
Completion of a revised Charge Nurse Workshop within the first 90 days
Previous experience in Progressive Care strongly preferred
