About this role

Westmoreland Manor, a premier Nursing Home in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking motivated and energetic LPNs to join our team! As a Self Scheduling employee, you will work a minimum of 72 hours per month, with a minimum of 24 hours worked on off-shifts and 24 hours worked on weekends. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a dynamic work environment that promotes teamwork and dedication to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a County-owned facility

Work collaboratively with a large, dedicated staff to deliver exceptional care

Demonstrate physical ability to do heavy lifting

Possess and maintain a current valid PA/Compact Nursing License

Meet attendance rules and guidelines, as outlined in our program

Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Pay Information

LPN: $37.12/hour (First Shift), $42.17/hour (2nd, 3rd, and Weekend Shifts)

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalency (GED)

Physical ability to do heavy lifting

CHRI check done during pre-employment process

Must possess and maintain a current valid PA/Compact Nursing License

Prior experience in long term care required!
