Requirements
- Home health experience is a must
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) encouraged to apply
- Recent graduates with home health experience encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience required
- Wound Care is a plus
- Proficiency in IV skills and blood draw, Central Line maintenance including access/de-access/aseptic technique utilization, identification of infection risks/signs and symptoms, collection of laboratory specimens required
- Current unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas
- Experience with Infusions is a plus
