The Value of Working with Us: Full-time OR first assist, 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, Additional call shifts and OR Call back will be paid as bonuses, Call can be taken from home with 30 minutes response time. Large variety of cases including but not limited to: CABG, valve replacement and repairs, arrhythmia surgery, aneurysm repair, and aortic dissections, VATS and open lung surgery, pleural space surgery and rib plating.

Level II trauma center, Collegial and supportive culture, Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Compensation is between $178,811 and $228,784 per year. (Salary based on Full-time) Candidates have the opportunity to earn up to $36,000 in additional on-call compensation, depending on the department call schedule logistics and participation levels for each APP.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
