Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed in the State of Illinois
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
- Strong organizational skills; detail oriented
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
Benefits
- LPN rate: $32-$34 per hour depending on experience
- RN rate: $35 per hour
- PRN rate: $36/hr for all nurses
- Shift differential: $0.75/hr for 2nd shift, $1.50/hr for 3rd shift
- Sign-on bonus for LPN full-time: up to $7,500
- Sign-on bonus for RN full-time: up to $10,000
- On-Demand Pay
