RN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered Assess residents and monitor changes in condition Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications

Required

• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR systems What Makes Arden Park Post Acute Different?
