Key

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation & Assessment:

• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to understand client goals, concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors.

• Develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, integrating Strive Wellness Lounge's diverse service offerings.

• Educate clients on the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of treatments, ensuring realistic expectations.

• Expert Treatment Delivery:

• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments with precision and expertise, including:

• Trilift: Proficient in operating devices for dynamic muscle stimulation, skin tightening, and facial contouring.

• IPL (Intense Pulsed Light): Skilled in performing treatments for sun damage, pigmentation, vascular lesions, and hair reduction.

• Microneedling: Experienced in performing collagen induction therapy for skin texture, tone, scars, and anti-aging.

• Weight Loss Support (topical/skin-focused): Potentially body contouring, skin tightening, or other aesthetic aspects complementing weight loss programs.

• Emsculpt / Emsculpt Neo: Proficient in operating and maximizing results from these body contouring and muscle-building devices.

• EmSella: Capable of operating and supporting clients through pelvic floor strengthening treatments.

• Folix Hair Regeneration/Restoration: Skilled in scalp analysis and administering treatments to support hair growth and scalp health (e.g., specialized serums, and potentially microneedling on the scalp).

• Red Light Therapy / Infrared Sauna: Knowledgeable in the benefits and proper use of these modalities for skin health, recovery, and overall wellness.

• Other relevant services: Facials (advanced, medical-grade), chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and waxing.

• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, sanitation, and sterilization procedures.

• Product Knowledge & Sales:

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all retail skincare products, supplements, and wellness offerings available at Strive Wellness Lounge.

• Recommend and educate clients on appropriate home care regimens and products to optimize and maintain treatment results.

• Consistently achieve retail sales goals.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and a comfortable, luxurious experience.

• Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess progress, address concerns, and schedule future appointments.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatments, progress, and product recommendations.

• Collaboration & Professionalism:

• Collaborate effectively with RNs, Paramedics, and other wellness professionals to ensure integrated client care and optimal outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and Strive Wellness Lounge protocols.

• Contribute positively to a professional, supportive, and harmonious team environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Aesthetician license in the state of Oklahoma.

• Minimum of [ 2-3] years of experience working as an Aesthetician in a medical spa, dermatology office, plastic surgery clinic, or comprehensive wellness center.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with medical-grade aesthetic equipment, specifically including Trilift, IPL, Microneedling, Emsculpt/Emsculpt Neo, EmSella, and hair restoration devices/techniques (Folix).

• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.

• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in advanced aesthetic modalities (e.g., laser safety, specific device training).

• Experience with client management software/EMR systems.

• Experience in a non-insurance-based wellness model.
