Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will help patients receive compassionate, high-quality healthcare so they can achieve well-being and recovery. Every day you will deliver individualized, comprehensive care. You will be expected to make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and meticulously implement patient care plans. To be successful in this role, you must possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset.

Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process within hospital policies Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify patient outcomes and complete holistic assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, including physician and nursing orders Acquire and maintain current knowledge in nursing practice through ongoing education and participate in mentorship Delegate appropriate tasks to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) and monitor quality of care Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, fostering a positive environment

Job RequirementsRequired*

Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing ND State Board of Nursing current RN. Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid Good communications skills are necessary because of the constant communication, both oral and written with patients and families Accountable for own conduct, promotes and supports working relationships amongst coworkers and all of the clinic staff Maintains confidentiality of all patient information

Pay Range

$33.36 - $48.17 /hour
