About this role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care services to patients in Utah in the Logan/Cache Valley area
Key
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical assessments during each visit.
- Assist patients with breathing exercises and techniques.
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred but not required.
- Compassion and treatment of the whole person, not just a 'job'. Patients are cared for long term over many months/years. Not traditional 30-60-90 home care.
- Personal relationships of trust are formed and nurtured between nurses and patients.
- Punctuality is a requirement and expected at all times. Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
