This independent contractor role ensures efficient surgical services, regulatory compliance, patient safety, staffing coordination, physician relations, and adherence to accreditation standards. The OR Manager works collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, sterile processing, and executive leadership to optimize surgical operations and patient outcomes.
