Requirements
- Current RN license in the state where the center is located
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program
- 5 years prior RN Nursing Supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center
- Current CPR certification
- BLS Certification
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, standards of practice, state practice acts and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care
- Leadership, teaching and supervisory ability
