- CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or state certified CNA within four months of date into position
- CNA training and certification provided by facility
- Certified and registered with Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry when applicable
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle report may be required
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
- CNA certification with State Board of Nursing required or state certified CNA within four months of date into position
- CNA training and certification provided by facility
- Minimum of 12 hours continuing education required annually
- Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing
- Certified and registered with Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry when applicable
