Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform various nursing duties, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Conduct patient assessments, identify needs, and develop strategies for addressing them

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care and sharing of best practices

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
