Retail Registered Nurse (RN)

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Assist pharmacists in the administration of vaccines, and preparation and distribution of prescription medications. Administers vaccines as allowed by law. Assists customers, handles inquiries, accepts prescription orders, gathers patient information, enters prescription and patient information into computer, assists pharmacists in preparing prescription drug products, prepares and affixes labels, prepares prescriptions for mailing, submits insurance claims, files prescriptions, orders and stocks pharmacy supplies, performs cash transactions, maintains cleanliness of pharmacy and dispensing area.
