As a Nurse Supervisor, you'll lead clinical operations on your shift, support your team, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care. Schedule options covering 1st and 2nd shifts including Friday/Saturday/Sunday 12-hour shifts or Saturday/Sunday 16-hour shifts. $46/hour base pay + $5 weekend • shift differential.

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and make sound clinical decisions
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
