RN - Job to be performed in metro Atlanta area Must be compassionate with children. Duties: Provide initial Assessment / Intake of new clients. • Develop Care Plans • Taking verbal orders • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services at their home. • Medication Administration Teaching • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
