RN - Job to be performed in metro Atlanta area Must be compassionate with children. Duties: Provide initial Assessment / Intake of new clients. • Develop Care Plans • Taking verbal orders • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services at their home. • Medication Administration Teaching • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records. Supervise CNA's, PCA's, and LPN's. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care • Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and follow-up instructions Skills: • Valid RN license in the state of Georgia • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare technology Also apply directly through our online application portal on website: www.sofaagency.com OR email resume to [info@sofaagency.com].
