About this role
Join our team as a full-time Neuro Care Center Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) on the day shift, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities Include
Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care activities in accordance with standards to ensure effective treatment. Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient needs across the lifespan. Developing and modifying individualized care plans to deliver efficient and quality care aligned with hospital policies and procedures. Adhering to rules set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN). Valid RN license for Oklahoma or multistate license. BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a medical-surgical nursing unit.
