Be part of building our Topeka clinic.
Trillion Health & Hormone is expanding into Topeka, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated LPN to join our growing team 2 days per week.
This is more than a traditional part-time nursing position. You will have the opportunity to help establish the Topeka clinic, develop relationships with patients, and become an important part of the clinic's growth.

As patient volume increases, there will be opportunities for additional days and hours.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in patient care, is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a growing healthcare organization.
What You'll Do Provide excellent, compassionate patient care. Support providers with patient visits, treatments, and clinical procedures within your scope of practice. Obtain and document patient information accurately.
Assist with patient education and follow-up. Administer medications and treatments as directed and permitted by applicable law and professional scope. Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment. Follow Trillion Health & Hormone clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
Help create an exceptional patient experience. Support the growth and development of the Topeka clinic. Work collaboratively with providers and other members of the Trillion team.
The Opportunity
The initial schedule is 2 days per week, with the opportunity to increase days and hours as the Topeka clinic grows.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a growing location and will take ownership of helping create an organized, welcoming, and patient-focused clinic environment.

Weekly hours Patient responsibilities Clinical responsibilities Leadership and operational involvement Overall role within the Topeka location What We're Looking For Current Kansas LPN license in good standing. Strong patient-care skills. Professional, dependable, and organized.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable privacy requirements. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Interest in wellness, hormone health, aesthetics, longevity, or related areas of healthcare is a plus.
Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and making them feel cared for. Schedule
2 days per week initially
Additional days and hours may become available as patient volume grows.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and licensure.
