About this role

Schedule

- Friday–Sunday (Day & Night Shifts: 8AM–8PM / 8PM–8AM)
Join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse providing skilled in-home care for children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy and G-tube support. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Provide skilled in-home pediatric nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and document care
- Collaborate with physicians and families
- Follow individualized care plans
- Educate families on home care procedures
*Qualifications*
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Pediatric experience required
- Trach/G-tube experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
