Our Enhanced Living (Personal Care) team is looking for a full time nurse to join their team!

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the Neighborhood Care Team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Assess and monitor resident health; communicate changes promptly
- Delegate daily assignments and ensure quality, person‑centered care
- Mentor CNAs, PCAs, and team members
- Collaborate on individualized care plans
- Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays

What You Need
Graduate of an approved LPN program (RN candidates welcome) Active, unencumbered PA LPN license Prior experience in Gerontology or Long Term Care preferred.
