Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in long-term care
- Demonstrated experience with MDS/RAI processes and Case Mix
- Experience working with PPS, Medicare, HMOs, managed care, and third-party payors
- Experience with care planning in a long-term care setting
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment processes, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, ROX, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
