Full-Time MDS/RAI Coordinator (RN or LPN). Lead the RAI/MDS assessment process to support quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and accurate reimbursement. Coordinate and complete the full Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)/MDS process for assigned residents, ensure timely and accurate assessments in compliance with State and Federal regulations, conduct resident interviews, participate in care conferences, apply knowledge of Case Mix, PPS, Medicare, HMOs, managed care, and third-party payors for accurate reimbursement, utilize ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, review charts and clinical documentation, partner with interdisciplinary teams, support individualized care plans, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
