About this role
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility in Stockton, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. This skilled nursing facility is a 90-bed facility where you will exercise a number of skills, including: assigning care duties to nursing personnel consistent with their training and experience. The Registered Nurse is responsible for safe medication administration, conducting resident assessments, monitoring changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administering treatments and procedures per physician order.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be developing relationships with our residents, facilitating resident admissions and discharges, and assisting in the development of the resident's Plan of Care.
