About this role

Cactus Bloom Wellness is a growing integrative medical practice focused on preventative care, hormone optimization, weight loss, and whole-body wellness. We combine traditional medicine with a functional, patient-centered approach to help patients feel their best long-term.

We are expanding and looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner who is ready to grow within a collaborative, supportive environment.

*Position Overview*

This is a part-time position (1-2 days/week to start) with the opportunity to expand to 3–4 days/week as your schedule fills.

This role is ideal for an NP who

  • Wants more autonomy and clinical freedom
  • Is interested in integrative or functional medicine
  • Is open to building a patient panel and growing with the practice

*Responsibilities*

  • Provide patient care including:
  • Primary care visits
  • Weight loss management (GLP-1, metabolic support)
  • Hormone therapy (HRT/TRT)
  • Acute and follow-up visits
  • Review labs and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic team to support patient care and growth

*Qualifications*

  • Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
  • DEA (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience in primary care, urgent care, or integrative medicine preferred
  • Interest in functional medicine strongly preferred
