Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/rehabilitation setting. Support daily clinical needs including medication administration, resident monitoring, care planning, and coordination with RN and interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Active LPN license (VT or Compact eligibility)
Prior LTC / Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Ability to work day shifts with flexible scheduling (8–16 hour shifts)
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
