Weekend Wound Care Nurse

• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques, prevention, and self-care measures.
• Monitor and manage wound healing progress, including the use of advanced wound care modalities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Experience

• Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse or in a related field.
• Experience working with electronic medical record systems, such as Point Click Care(PCC)
• Knowledge of sonography for wound assessment is preferred.
• Familiarity with medication administration related to wound care.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to wound healing.
• Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient conditions accurately.
• Experience in providing wound care for senior patients is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
