About this role
Signature HealthCARE of Bremen is a 97-bed offering short-term rehabilitative care as well as long-term care. Looking for RN candidates who thrive on delivering excellent care, enjoy being part of a strong team and build bonds that last a lifetime. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and skilled nursing procedures.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. Supervise and direct nursing assistants and medication aides during the assigned shift. Monitor and observe residents' physical and emotional status.
Develop, implement, and review individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Participate in quality assurance activities, staff education, and regulatory surveys as needed.

- Current, active RN license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
