We currently have a client in Peoria, IL looking for a Travel IR RN - Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse!

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Interventional Radiology RN to use imagining guidance to perform procedures through the body’s vascular system to perform therapeutic procedures.

Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary) Shift: Days Rewards: (Interventional Radiology RN Benefits) Pay depends on location and experience. Job staffing in all 50 states 401K matching New licensing reimbursement We are offering a very competitive package to the right Interventional Radiology RN candidate. Candidates need to possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail with a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety. Being Compassionate and sensitive is a prerequisite for the profession. The ideal Candidates goes a step further by being a critical thinker and fast to act with emergencies.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for procedures, including checking vital signs
Analyze lab results and medical history
Provide education to the patient and family members
Insert and remove IV lines
Administer drugs, including conscious sedation drugs
Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during the procedure
Oversee the safety and comfort of patients
Provide post-procedure monitoring
All other responsibilities as needed
