We are currently seeking experienced Hospice Registered Nurses in Baytown, Pasadena, LaPorte, and surrounding areas to deliver caring with compassion, commitment, and professionalism to the local community of Pasadena, TX and surrounding areas. *As a Registered Nurse, you will:*
- Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment
- Computerized documentation
- Provide Hospice care to the patient as per physician’s orders and by instruction to LVN’s, Home Health Aides, and other qualified staff.
- Perform Responsibility for Patient Admission, Plan of Care, Re-cert
